I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31st March 2024. whlch are set out on pages 2 to 3.

The charttys Irustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charitys trustees consider that an audrt is
not required for this year under section144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 A¢t> and that an independent

My examination was carried out in a¢¢ordan¢e wlth the general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An éxsmlnatlon Indudès a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented wlth those reoords. It also includes consideratlon of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and
seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures do not provide all the evid8nce
that would be required in an audtt and ¢onsequently no opinion is gtven as to whether the accounts pres&nt a
true and fair view and the report is limited to those matters s8t out in the statement below
Independent examlner's statement
In connaction with my axaminatlon, no matter has come to my attention:
(1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requir8ments'.
to keep accounting records in accordanGe with section 130 of the 2011 ACL. and
to prepare accounts whlch accord with the accounting records and comply wlth the ac¢ountlng requlrements of the
2011 Act have not been met or
(2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understandlng of the accounts to be
reached
