**Objects:** To provide support to members of the community in Sholing/Bitterne and nearby areas, to develop their skills, confidence and capacity in such a way that they are better able to identify and respond to local needs and opportunities, and to participate more fully in society

**Activities:** Monty's Community Hub is based in an area of Southampton, which ranks highly across multiple indices of deprivation, partnering with our community to enable personal, social and spiritual growth. Monty's works alongside local residents (especially children and families) to grow their skills/aspirations/capacity, so that the local community is enabled to identify and respond to their own needs.
