The Trust is planning to commission sculptor Rob Krier to produce a bronze statue of the composer Sir Edward Elgar, to obtain planning permission from Camden Council to have the statue erected close to the site of Elgar's Hampstead house, to raise the necessary funds, and to raise awareness of Elgar's time living and working in Hampstead.

Objects: To Promote Art And Education For The Benefit Of The Public By The Provision Of A Statue In Commemoration Of The Life And Works Of Sir Edward Elgar (1857-1934) (Who Lived At Severn House Netherhall Gardens Between 1911 And 1922) In Netherhall Gardens Hampstead Or Other Public And Prominent Place In The London Borough Of Camden ('The Area Of Benefit') And In Doing So Also Promote The Physical Enhancement And Beautification Of The Area Of Benefit.
