**Objects:** 1.TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES OR OPPORTUNITIES TO ENABLE PARTICIPATION IN GRASS ROOTS FOOTBALL. 2.TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH EDUCATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. 3.UNDERTAKE ANY OTHER ACTIVITY THAT IS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
