Boxing4Life 2024-25 Annual Report 

The charity con<nued weekly sessions at ProjectZero.wf and at London & Quadrant’s 300home Walthamstow Stadium development. We con<nued the use of short medita<ons during our non-contact boxing training. 

In addi<on, 1-1 mentoring was provided over the period to 6 young people, and work experience support to some 20 work experience students.
