**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY: 1) THE RECYCLING AND PROVISION OF FURNITURE, CLOTHES AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED 2) THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES,OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.

**Activities:** The charity collects unwanted furniture from members of the public and distributes it to individuals suffering from financial hardship according to need. Other items donated such as curtains, bedding and food are also distributed. Surplus furniture is sold to members of the public and the funds raised are used to cover the charity's running costs.
