|Balbir Singh owned residential<br>property at 48|
|Taylor Road and adjoining<br>land. On the|
|instruction<br>ofthe High Court Wolverhampton,|
|Paul Raine, independent<br>Single Joint Expert,|
|was appointed<br>to value the property and in his|
|written<br>report he concluded<br>that the property|
|valuation in an open market would be circa|
|8210k and ifthis valuation is achieved circa|
|891kless costs could be realised after the|
|mortgage ofcirca 2119kis redeemed.<br>A further|
|hearing scheduled<br>for31August 2022 was|
|vacated to allow the expert to respond to any|
|questions<br>and final hearing is expected to be|
|held after 30September 2022.|
|As a result ofthe relaxation ofCOVID-19|
|restrictions,<br>temple attendances<br>and income|
|have recovered and the Management|
|Committee<br>and Trustees feel that with the|
|historical legal feesissue resolved,<br>the Charity|
|will have sufficient funds to continue as a going|
|concern for the foreseeable<br>future.|
