**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH, EQUALITY AND INDEPENDENCE OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN SOUTH ESSEX AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO ASSIST THEM IN LEADING ACTIVE AND FULFILLING LIVES.

**Activities:** DIAL provides a free, confidential information and advice service on all issues affecting disabled people to help them to improve their quality of life. We can help  with benefit checks for Income Maximisation, benefit application form completion, appeals and information on equipment, holidays, leisure, community care, independent living, mobility, transport and any other problem they may have.
