**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND PARTICULARLY, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE AFOREMENTIONED, THE ART OF DANCE, DRAMA, LITERATURE, MUSIC AND VISUAL ARTS.IN CARRYING OUT ITS OBJECTS THE CIO SHALL PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY, AND OPPOSE DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF AGE, CULTURE, DISABILITY, GENDER, RACE, RELIGION, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR WEALTH.

**Activities:** Crediton Arts Centre provides a wide range of cultural activities for the people of Crediton and surrounding Mid Devon villages. We run a weekly programme of classes for all ages in the visual arts, drama and dance. We also put on films, concerts, plays and talks as well as organise major community events, such as the annual Busk It!, Open Art Studios and large scale community theatre productions.
