Throughout the period the Trust has received numerous requests for
financial grants.
These are all considered before holding grant award meetings where the
trustees and their grants commrttee will consider the ones most relevant
to their chosen aims.
They have been concentrating on helping local smaller causes where a
wider benefrt to the communty is an inherenl part of the donation.
Areas assisted include foodbanks. end of life hospice, homeless shelters,
eady Childhood groups, domestic abuse relief plus numerous smaller
communty group grants.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **05/04/2022** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
