The Charity organises and wns workshops, lectures, activities and weekend retreats, that focus on self-development and self-growth, thereby educating and ernpowering the participants with life tools and skills to approach life's challenges with knowledge, insight and confidence. The charity also provides therapy for personal growth, emotional well- being and psychological stability. The charity regularly reviews and amends the content and nature of these workshops and activities based on feedback received from previous participants. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year A project was organised which hosted a series of seminars for two nights over three weeks, four times during the year. Each session had two professional speakersltherapists. Over 120 men and women attended this project. A lecturer was commissioned on occasions this year, who delivered a series of engaging and stimulating evening seminars in London and Manchester on both of his visits. A weekend retreat was held in Bournemouth for 130 couples with two international lecturers in attendance, wilh talks and interactive workshops on the topics of successful parenting, self-improvement and inspired personal growth. Section F Other optional information COVID 19 Unfortunately, the charity was badly affected by COVID 19, being unable lo offer so many of our popular and much sought-after communal events. Fortunately, we have managed lo bring most of our activities back to the pre-covid level. however the demand is now significantly higher due lo people feeling very lonely during that prolonged difficult period, leaving them with mental health and unsupported issues, which we are currently helping in a variety of ways. We received a lol of feedback from many people keen for us to re-instate our activities, and we were very grateful lo be able to respond positively and put on events for the public once again, providing them with the help they so badly wanted.
