The Charity organises and runs workshops, lectures, activities and weekend retreats, that focus on self-development and self-growth, thereby educating and empowering the participants with life tools and skills to approach life’s challenges with knowledge, insight and confidence.

The charity also provides therapy for personal growth, emotional wellbeing and psychological stability.
The charity regularly reviews and amends the content and nature of these workshops and activities based on feedback received from previous participants.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
A lecturer was commissioned on two occasions this year, who delivered a series of engaging and stimulating evening seminars in London and Manchester on both of his visits.
A walking club was arranged for ladies, to help with emotional and mental wellbeing, which ran for three months.
A weekend retreat was held in Bournemouth for 100 couples with two international lecturers in attendance, with talks and interactive workshops on the topics of successful parenting, self-improvement and inspired personal growth.
