**Objects:** 1. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS IN PARTICULAR AND YOUNG OFFENDERS, THOSE RECOVERING FROM ALCOHOL OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND THOSE SUFFERING CONDITIONS SUCH AS DEMENTIA OR STROKES BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, ACTIVITIES AND EDUCATIONAL TRAINING IN LONDON AND THE HOME COUNTIES.2. TO PROVIDE DISABLED PEOPLE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RIDE AND/OR CARRIAGE DRIVE TO BENEFIT THEIR HEALTH AND WELLBEING.

**Activities:** To help those with disabilities and special needs, young offenders, those recovering from alcohol or substance abuse and those suffering conditions such as dementia or strokes by the provision of facilities, activities and educational training in London and the home counties. To provide disabled people with the opportunity to ride and/or carriage drive to benefit their health and wellbeing
