To promote community participation in healthy recreation, in particular by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities and opportunities for engaging in martial arts.

During the reporting period, the charity has actively pursued its charitable objectives by delivering a range of activities designed to promote healthy recreation, prevent substance misuse, and support youth development in both England and Punjab, India. Martial Arts Training in England: The charity has consistently provided martial arts classes, averaging 4–5 sessions per week, catering to both children and adults. These sessions promote physical fitness, mental discipline, and personal development. The structured environment helps participants build confidence, focus, and resilience. Interclub Tournaments: Interclub martial arts tournaments were organised to motivate young participants and provide them with opportunities to set and achieve goals. These events foster a sense of achievement and encourage a healthy lifestyle, helping to steer youth away from negative influences such as crime and substance abuse. Knife Crime Awareness and Youth Engagement in the UK : The charity has actively worked to raise awareness about knife crime and its impact on communities. Through martial arts and mentorship, young people are engaged in positive activities that promote discipline and reduce the risk of involvement in street violence. Substance Misuse Prevention in Punjab, India : The charity has conducted multiple drug and alcohol awareness camps across Punjab. These initiatives educate the public—especially youth— on the dangers of substance abuse and promote healthier lifestyle choices through sports and fitness. Free Martial Arts Classes in Punjab : Free martial arts training has been provided to underprivileged children in Punjab, offering a disciplined and supportive environment that encourages physical and mental well-being. These classes aim to prevent substance misuse and promote personal growth. Investment in Training Facilities : The charity has established four gyms across Punjab, India, offering free martial arts classes twice daily to students. These facilities are equipped with new training equipment to support physical fitness, skill development, and personal discipline. By providing structured, high-quality training environments, the charity helps steer young people away from drugs and alcohol, promoting healthier lifestyles and positive community engagement. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Tournament in Punjab : Organised 2 professional Boxing tournaments, showcasing national talent and promoting sports as a constructive alternative to substance abuse. These events encouraged youth participation and highlighted the benefits of fitness and discipline. Promotion of Sikhi Values : The charity’s work is rooted in the principles of Sikhi, which emphasise discipline, service, and community welfare. These values have been instrumental in guiding young people away from drugs, alcohol, and crime, and towards purposeful living. These activities have had a measurable positive impact on the communities served, particularly in reducing youth involvement in harmful behaviours and promoting healthier, more disciplined lifestyles.

Section D Achievements and performance
Over the past year, the charity has maintained consistent attendance at Summary of the main its martial arts classes, reflecting strong community engagement. A achievements of the charity notable highlight was the residential martial arts camp held in December during the year 2024, offering personal development opportunities. In Punjab, India, the charity organised multiple drug and alcohol awareness camps, educating young people and the wider community on the dangers of substance misuse and promoting healthier lifestyle choices.
The charity continued to provide martial arts classes for children across its gyms in England and Punjab, supported by the addition of new equipment to enhance training quality and student progress. 2 professional boxing competitions were held in April & Oct 2024 in Punjab, featuring over 20 bouts with participants from across India. The event aimed to inspire youth to pursue careers in boxing and engage in sports as a positive life path.
In the West Midlands, the charity successfully hosted an MMA event, bringing together participants from various organisations. The event promoted community involvement and healthy competition, with recognition awards presented to outstanding students for their dedication and development.
