**Activities:** - day opportunities at 2 day centres in Sheerness and Leysdown, including transport, light breakfast, a freshly cooked lunch and activities - trips and outings, included escorted shopping every week and day trips throughout the year - information and advice service  - meals on wheels and support at home - volunteer befriending service - chiropody- COGs club
