Objects: - To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Acton Wards Of The London Borough Of Ealing And Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For The Recreation And/or Other Leisure-Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances And/or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life;- To Further Or Benefit Said Residents And The General Public To Advance Education In The Arts And Culture By The Establishment And Maintenance Of A Community Arts Centre;- To Promote Arts And Culture For The Benefit Of Said Residents And The General Establishment And Maintenance Of A Community Arts Centre.in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power:- To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Arts Centre And To Maintain Or Manage Or Co-Operate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
