**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY AND LIVE PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN WALES, WHO HAVE BEEN, OR MIGHT BE, CANDIDATES FOR SELECTIVE DORSAL RHIZOTOMY SURGERY BY:(I) PROVIDING SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND THEIR FAMILIES(II) ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES(III) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC RELATING TO CEREBRAL PALSY AND SELECTIVE DORSAL RHIZOTOMY

**Activities:** Support4SDR Wales aims to promote and protect the physical and mental health of people who have Cerebral Palsy and live in Wales, pre or post Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy surgery.(i) provide support, education & practical advice(ii) assisting in  provision of services not normally provided by statutory authorities(iii) advancing the education of professionals, officials & the general public
