||accordance with specific restrictions<br>which has been raised by the charity fora specific purpose.<br>The cost ofraising||and||

|(c)Incoming resources|AD mcoming resources are included<br>in the statement offinancial activities when the charity is entitled<br>to the income||and|the|
||amount<br>can be quantified<br>with reasonable<br>accuracy. The following specific policies are applied to the particular|categories of|||
||income.||||
||Voluntary<br>income is received by way ofgrants, donations<br>and gine and is included<br>in full in the statement<br>offlnancial||||
||activities when receivable. Grants where entitlement<br>is not conditional<br>on the delivery ofa specific performance|by the|||
||charity, are recognised<br>when the charity becomes unconditionally<br>entitled<br>tothe grant.||||
||Donated services and facilities are included at the value ofthe charity where it can be quantified.<br>The value of||||

|(c) Resources expended|Expenditure<br>isrecognised<br>on an accruals basis as a liability is incurred. Expenditure<br>includes any VAT which cannot||be fully||

||Charitable<br>expenditure<br>comprises those costs incurred<br>by the charity in the delivery of its activities and services for||its||

|(d) Going concern|The principle<br>risk facing the charitable<br>company is its ability to generate suIDcient income to cover expenditure<br>fulgging<br>the objectives ofthe charitable<br>company. The trustees<br>have reviewed<br>the cash position ofthe charitable|incurred<br>company||in<br> and|
||cash forecasts atthe date ofsigning the accounts and are satisfied that the charitable<br>company will be able to meet ag o(its||||
||financial commitments.||||
||As a consequence<br>the trustees believe that the charitable<br>company is well placed to manage Its financlal risks successfully||||
||despite the current uncertain<br>economic outlook, espeaaDy with regard to Covid-19 and that the charitable<br>company||has||
||adequate<br>reserves to continue<br>in operational<br>existence forthe foreseeable future. Accordingly<br>the trustees continue||to adopt||
||the going concern basis in preparing<br>the accounts.||||
