## Activities

**Objects:** The charity&#x27;s objects are:1) The promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit amongst mothers who are socially excluded by providing a befriending scheme and drop-in support, to relieve the needs of those mothers and their children and to assist them to integrate into society.(For the purposes of this clause ‘socially excluded’ means ‘mothers who are excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one or more of the following factors: unemployment; financial hardship; age; substance abuse or dependency including alcohol and drugs; relationship and family breakdown; poor educational or skills attainment; ill health, physical or mental&#x27;).2) To advance education in accordance with Christian principles by running parenting courses, and to teach or provide training for parents in other life skills such as nutrition, budgeting and first aid.3) To relieve financial hardship among parents and their dependants by providing good quality second hand baby and toddler clothing, equipment and toys free of charge, or at low cost.4) To advance the Christian Faith in accordance with our Statement of Faith.

**Activities:** 1-1 befriending service for mums aged 16-30; drop-in support for parents through Mums&#x27; Hubs; parenting groups/courses; gift bags for new mums; Totcycle baby goods exchange; Hope Cafe (inclusive space for mums to explore Christianity); free seasonal family events.The work of the charity is a practical expression of the Christian faith of the charity&#x27;s trustees and volunteers.
