Kepha Ministries Trustees Report 2024

During 2024 we continued our practical support, services and ministries to Farsi speakers across the city of London with reaching out to Farsi speakers and a large number of asylum seekers and refugees in need of support. We had a wonderful Norouz (Persian New Year) celebration on 15th March with more than 120 guests attendance and a joyful occasion for everyone to meet and enjoy Persian hospitality, music and culture. During the year, we continued our Discipleship courses at two locations, St Luke’s Earls Court and Hope Church Hounslow. At St luke’s Earl Court we continued our Weekly discipleship courses and monthly worship services.

We also started our weekly Sunday services and discipleship courses for Farsi speakers at St peter’s church in the parish of St Mary and St peter, Staines. More than fifty Persians from across London attended our services, some of them became regular worshippers and disciples and later on, twelve of them were baptised. Kepha ministry provided hospitality, food, clothing and to some their cost of commute to the venue in order to offer them practical support, Christian teaching and training and help for integration into the wider community.

In 2024, we had a significant growth in our services both in terms of number of people attending, and the quality of support for Farsi speakers. Our trustees met regularly to discuss the matter of the charity and make decisions and we had the generosity of the both trustees and the public to support the needs of the charity.
