I report lo the trustees on my examination of the financial stslements of G￿nada Schools Limited for the year
ended 31 Oclobw 2020.

As the Iruste&s of the tharity (and also its directors for Ihe purposes of company lawl you are responsible for
the prapar8tion of the financial statements in accnrdance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (the
201h Act}
Having satisfied myseff that thè financial stalem8nls of the charity are not required to be audited under Part 16
of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the
charitys finanaal statements carried out under Se￿lOn 145 of the Charitiès Act 2011 lthe 2011 A¢ll. In carrying
out rny examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charty Commisston under section
145{511bl of the 2011 Act.
