**Activities:** To promote and protect the health of persons living with organ transplants;To assist in the treatment and care of persons needing transplantation or    similar care by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and services not normally provided by the statutory authorities;Improve access to information and services for both patients and those who look after them.
