Finance Notes
The accounts have been prepared by volunteers and trustees from the Trust following the very sad and unexpected death of the treasurer Peter Foyle in May 2025. Peter had continued to keep the accounts until about January 2025 and it has been difficult to piece together this year’s finances, hence the overdue submission.
Income is mostly generated from Room Hire payments. There was a grant from SOAR Community towards the room hire and facilitator for the Singalong.
Expenditure relates to the maintenance of the building and taxi /transport costs were for participants in the Dementia Singalong. The Miscellaneous entry for £13,328.52 includes transactions relating to known building work building costs. The Sundries include several smaller payments evidenced by receipts.
