To advance education and training by the provision of financial grants to students in financial need in order that they attend the Robert College of Istanbul and to asstst graduates of the Robert Colle8e of Istanbul in advancing further education. Strurture* governance and management Robert College UK is constrluted under a Trust Deed dated 20 November 2013. It is a regISted charity no. 1154664. The Trustees who have served during the year and since the year end are set out on page l. Where there is a requirement for new Trustees. they would be identified and appointed by the remaining Trustees. The charity is organised so that the Trustees meet regularfyto manage its affairs. It does not employ any full or part-time staff but its administration is managed under the direction of the Trustees by consuantS.
