Activities

Most of the income and expenditure has been incurred in running the annual workshops for training of staff and information sharing (about 80%). Most recent income has been devoted to setting up a Nidotherapy Advice and Training Centre through the conversion of an old Victorian school in Cotham, Nottinghamshire, where we will be training volunteers and other staff.

Objects: The Promotion Of Mental Health For The Public Benefit Through The Provision Of Support To Persons Who Are Experiencing Or Have Experienced Chronic And Persistent Mental Illness. To Advance A Better Understanding Of Mental Health, Through Research And Development Of Nidotherapy By Promoting Research And Disseminating Information About The Same To The Public. Nidrotherapy Is Defined As: A Systematic Modification Of The Environment Of Individuals With Mental Illness To Effect Improvement In Mental Health And Functioning.
