## **Objectives and Activities** 

To advance the education of the public in the history of Kent Cricket. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The Trust has a long term plan to establish a Heritage Hub/Education Centre at the Spitfire Ground St. Lawrence and has initiated a Feasibility Study to consider construction options and associated costs. A programme of Ground Tours has been successfully implemented and we continue to add to our archive. 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity maintains sufficient reserves to cover its annual running expenses. 

## **Structure, governance and management** 

The charity’s governing document is a trust deed. It constitutes a charitable incorporated organisation. 

Trustees are appointed by existing Trustees.
