Para 1.20 2023 has again been a very
successful year for the choir with
much work being undertaken for our
Centenary Year in 2024 and our visit
to Normandy to take part in the 80th
commemoration of the D-Day
landings.
Our collaboration with the world
famous Cory Band continues to
flourish with two joint concerts during
the year.
In March we filmed at the Rhondda
Heritage Centre with Susan Calman as
part of her TV series Susan’s
Calman’s Grand Day Out which went
out on national television.
We have developed further
collaborations with other male choirs
including Morriston Orpheus with
whom we performed a concert at in
Swansea and Dare to Sing Ladies
Choir where we did a joint concert in
Aberdare. Most of our concerts
benefit a range of charitable
organisations.
