The charity was established as a trust by a trust deed on 11 August 2013 and is registered with the Charity Commission In England under the number 1154461. 

Trustees are appointed by a resolution of the Trustees passed at a special meeting. 

## **Risk Management** 

The trustees regularly review the risks and satisfy themselves that adequate systems and procedures are in place to manage the risks identified. Where appropriate, risks are covered by insurance. In assessing risk, the trustees recognise that some areas of our work require the acceptance and management of risk if our key objectives are to be achieved. The charity has continued to apply due diligence policy when working with another organisation.
