**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: (1) TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF THE DESTITUTE AND ABUSED CHILDREN OF NEPAL BY CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING AN ORPHANAGE AND PROVIDING A SECURE AND CARING ENVIRONMENT.(2) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND IMPROVE AND PRESERVE THE PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF THE CHILDREN RESIDING TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY AT THE ORPHANAGE BY FACILITATING ACCESS TO HEALTH CHECKS, IMMUNISATION, COUNSELLING AND MEDICAL CARE.(3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN RESIDING TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY IN THE ORPHANAGE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING WITH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION.(4) TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF WOMEN IN NEPAL BY CO-OPERATING WITH AND SUPPORTING OTHER CHARITIES AND NON - PROFIT ORGANISATIONS WITH SIMILAR OBJECTS AND PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES.

**Activities:** Providing destitute children in Nepal with a secure and loving home in Sarangkot, Nepal, and the opportunity to regain childhood, receive health care and education, learning skills such as tailoring, computer technology, farming, food preparation etc necessary for attaining jobs in the future.Also contributing to basic health care and health education to villagers in the remote areas of Nepal.
