**Objects:** TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PUBLIC BY THE IMPROVEMENT OF PARKS AND GREEN OPEN SPACES IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF GREENWICH.IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS THE CHARITY WILL PROVIDE AN UMBRELLA GROUP FOR OTHER INTERESTED ORGANISATIONS WHO ARE FURTHERING THE ABOVE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** We act as an umbrella group co-ordinating the activities of the various Friends of Parks groups in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Since 2009 we have provided an annual programme of events under the title PARKSfest. We also provide grants to our members to improve the facilities in their parks.
