The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006. FRS 102 The Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Rèpublic of Ireland" and Accounting and Reporting by Charities;
Statement of Recommended Practice applicable lo charities preparing their financial statements in accordance with
the Financial Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102).
The Twstees, Report contsins the infomation requir8d to b8 provid8d in the Trustees, Annual Report under the
Slalemenl of Recommended Practice (SORP) guidelines. The trustees ol the charity are also charity trusteès for the
purpose of charity law and under the charity's constitution are known as members of the board of trustees.
In Ihis report the trustées of present a summary of ils purpose, govemancè, aclivilies, achievements and finances
for the financial year 31 July 2025.
The charlly is a r8gistered charity and hence the report and results are presented In a form which complies wlth the
requirements of the Companies Acl 2006 and, although not obliged to comply with the Statement of Recommended
Practice applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland FRS 102, the Ofganisation has implemented ils
recommendations where relevant in these financial slalemenls.

Mission Statement
The Charity in the past 11 years has boen very successful in executing their objectives - e8peciolly as
community impacting organisalion. Working with various partners, thé charity has been able lo secure lunding
and professional support to cary out their objectives.11 is envisaged that more activlties almed at various
sectors and sections of the community will be undertaken in the nearest future.

Companies Act 2006. Our work has been undertaken so that we might compile the financial statements that we have

GENERAL INFORMATION
is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in England, The registered office of the charity is 33
Thombury Road, Walsall, WS2 8JJ. England which is also Ihe principal place of business of the charity. The
financial statements have been presented in Pound (£> which is also the functional currency of the charity-
SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The following accountin9 policies have been applied wnsislently in dealing with items which are considered
material in relation to the charity's financial statements.
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis under the historical cost
convention. modified to include certain items al fair value. The finan¢ial statements have been prepared in
accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) "Accounting and Reporting by Charities
preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable In Ihe UK and
Republic of Ireland FRS 102. applying Section 1A of that Standard.
As permitted by the Companies Act 2006, the charity has varied the standard fofmats in that act for the
Slalemenl of Financial Activities and Ihe Balan¢6 Sheèt. Departurés from the standard formals arè lo comply
with the requirements of Ihe Charities SORP and are in Compliance with section 4.7. 10.6 and 15.2 of that
SORP.
Statement of complianco
The financial stalements of the chariiy for the financial year ended 31 July 2025 have been prepared on the
going concern basis and in accordance with the Slalemenl of Recommend6d Practice {SORPI "Accounting
and Reporting by Charilies prep8rin9 their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland FRS 102., applying Section 1A of that Slandard.
Fund accounting
The following are the categories of funds maintained:

Restricted funds represent income received whlch can only be used for partlcular purposes. as speafied by
the donors. Such purposes are within the overall objectives ol the charity.
Unreslrl¢t•d funds
Unreslricled funds consisl ol General and Deslgnaled funds.
General funds repr8sent amounts which are expendable at the dls¢retion of the board, in furtherance of the
objectives of the charity.
Designated funds comprisè unrestricted funds that the board h8s. at its discretion. set aside for particular
purposes. These designations have an administrative purpose only, and do not legally restrict the board's
discretlon to apply the lund.
Income
Income is recognised by inclusion in the Statement of Financial Activities only when the charity is legally
enlilled to the income, performance conditions attached to the ilemls) of income have been met, the amounls
involved can be measured with sufficient reliabllity and il is probable that Ihe income will be received by the
charity.
Income from charitable activilies
Income from ¢haritable activilles include income eamed from the supply of services under contradual
arrangements and from perf0mlan￿ related grants which have conditions that specify the provision of
particular service5 to be provided by the charity. Income from governrnent and other CO•funders is recognised
when the charity Is legally entitled to the income because it is fulfilling the conditions contained in the r81aled
funding agreements. Where a grant is received in advance. its recognition is deferred and induded in
creditors. Where entitlement occurs before income is received, it is accrued in debtors.
Grants from govemments and other CO•funders typlcally include one of the following types of conditions:
Performance based conditions.. whereby the charity is contractually entitled lo funding only to the exlenl that
the core objectlV8s of the grant agreement are achieved. Where the charity is meeting the core objectives of
a grant agreement, it recognises the related expenditure. lo the extent that it is reimbursable by the donor, as

income.
-Time based conditions: whereby the charity is contractually enliued to funding on the condition that it is
ulilised in a particular period. In Ih8se cases the charity recognises the incom8 to the exlenl it is utilised within
the period specified in the agreement.
In the absencè of such condillons, assuming thal recelpl is probable and the amount can be rellably
measured. grant income is recognised once the charity is notified of entitlemenl.
Grants received towards capital expenditure are credited to the Statement of Financial Acllvities when
rèceived or recèivable. whichever is earfier.
Expendlture
Expenditure is analysed belween costs of charitablè activities and raising lunds. Th8 costs of each activity
are separalaly accumulated and disclosed, and analysed according to their major components. Expenditure
is recognised when a legal or constructive obligation exists as a result of a past evenl, a transfer of economic
benefits Is rèquired in settlement and the amount of the obligation can be reliably measured. Support costs
are those functions that assist the work of th8 charity bul cannot be attributed to one aGlivity. Such costs are
allocated to activities in proportion to staff time spent or oiher suitable measure for each activity.

Tangible fixed assets are slated al cost or al valuation, less accumulated depreciation. The charge to
d8preciation is calculated lo write off the original cost or valualion of tangible fixed assets, less their eslimaled

pay more lax in the future, or a right lo pay less lax in the fulure. Timing differences are temporary differences
between the charity's laxable income and its results as stated in the financial 8taternenls.
Deferred tax is measured on an undiscounted basis at the lax rates Ihal are anticipated to apply in the
periods in whlch the timing différ8nc8S are expected lo r8v8rsè, based on tax rates and laws that have been
enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet dale.
