Independent Examiners Report to the Trustees of Gutseley Community Foundation I report to the trustees on my examination of the Guiseley Community Foundation for the year ended 31 May 2025. which comprise the income and expenses account and the balance sheet. Re5pon5ibilities and basis of report As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wlth the requirernents of the Charities Act 20111"the Act"). I repcrt in rpspect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 1451511bl of the Act Independent examlner'5 Statement I hai'e completed my examination.
