Achievements and Perforniance
This year was a totally drfferenl experience from l&t year as the effects of COVID-1g ￿StrI￿.0nS
started to ease, and normalty started tr) finally arrive. The new ¢u$tomers that found u8 in tho
lockdown periods have all retumed to purchase the goods that our service users have made or grown
and been presented on our market stsll.
Throughout the year various projects were fvnded and equipment bought around the site including
funding for new electric lawnmowers and stn"mmers. brand new cookn.ng equiptment and while goods
for the Grow-Cook-Eal programme along with new coldframes and stainless steel tables for the
greenhouse.
We were especially excited to receive funding ft)r a brand new greenhouse and base which t￿S
replaced the old greenhouse that was donated to us in 2013 The new greenhouse is much more
energy efficient and has much rTh)re room in$￿e for the service users to learn and expand their skills.
New laptops were also fvnded as part of a new education scheme aimed al teaching the service
users basic English, Maths and IT skills and has been widety welcomed by btsth the service users and
their parentslcarers due to the fact that the courses are spectfic to each Individual, not a Set
¢Uffi¢ulum.
All the service users have continued to refresh their skilts throughout the yèar lo ensure they can
contrnue to use th8se transferable skills outside of the chatity.
