STRucfuRE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT A. BOARD OF TRUSTEES The management of the charity is the responsibility of the Trustees who administer the affairs of the Charity and its Church Arm, RCCG Shalom Centre, and ensure that it is fulfilling the objectives of Shalom Centre (the registered charity>. . POLICIES ADOPTED FOR THE INDUCTION AND TRAINING OF TRUSTEES All Trustees are educated and trained in relation to their legal obligation5 under the charity law. The Trustees receives updates in relation to the decision-making processes and current financial performance of the charity. Trustees are encouraged to attend appropriate external training events that will facilitate their knowledge in relation to their role. The Trustees receives Charity Commission's updates and information as at when issued. C. ORGANISATIONAL STRucfuRE AND DECISION MAKING RCCG Shalom Centre Is or8anlsed such that the Trustees delegate the running of its day-to day activlties to the Host Pastor and available Volunteers. The Trustees determine the strategic direction of the charity. The Host Pastor consults the Trustees on issues that are material. Trustees meet formally every quarter and as at when required to review the operations of the Charity. D. RISK MANAGEMEKr The Trustees have assessed the major risk5 to which the church arm, RCCG Shalom Centre, is exposed to and those related to its operations and finances. The Trustees are satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate the exposure to major risks. OBJEcfivES & AcfiviTIES The objectlves of Shalom Centre (and its Church Arm, RCCG Shalom Centre) are all for charitable purposes and these are: To advance the Christian Faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit. To relieve sickness and financial hardship. To promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods, and services of any kind. It pursues these objectives by the operation of a centre for Christian worship currently at Ground Floor, lime Hniiqp I Imp % LIArp Ba£ Ildon 5514 1 Dl. In addition to the usual Sunday Worship Service (which is open to members of the publicl, in other to reach further, RCCG Shalom Centre organises weekly Faith Clinic both on-premises & online. The Sunday Worship service has helped to encourage faith and spiritual grovrth not only among the members of RCCG Shalom Centre but a150 among members of the community, who freely attend this meeting. While Faith Clinie, whith is also open to members of the public, focuses on counselling, Faith discussions and prayers. RCCG Shalom Centre receives requests, enquiries from members of the public in regarding these meetings.

Through the year under review, RCCG Shalom Centre also organise an online monthly Meeting tagged 'Faith for Healing,, which focused on encouraging Christians to believe God for healing and things they want from God by holding onto God's promises from the scriptures. During the year, RCCG Shalom Centre organised a major non-denominational event, All Believers Congress, ABC, which focused on motivating Christians to live to please God while holding tenaciously to their faith and believe in the capabilitv of God. If features lively di5¢U55ions and information to assist Christians to get through the day-to-day pressure, difficult period and network with others. The attendance of members of the public at this event was very impressive. RCCG Shalom Centre also organised 'Couples Weekend Away. as part of WINE Events (WINE is an acronym for Walking Intentionally for a New Experience), to enhance an optimal relationship in the home. The weekend was packed with lively discu55ions, workshops, and a relaxing evening of music, fun and food. RCCG Shalom Centre continue to look for opportunities to reach out to the needy in the community under its 'Shalom Operation Care & Share, {ShOCSI. During the year, we had food donations to Romford Bank, Clothes Drives (clothes sold and fund given to 'Cancer Research UK. and excess clothes donated to them), Easter Chocolates distribution in Hornchurch, Christmas Gift bags handed out members of community at Basildon Town Centre. During the year under review RCCG Shalom Centre also provided welfare support to members. PLANS FOR THE FUTURE The charity contlnues to explore ways to evangellse In an effectlve manner by raising its online profile, using social media, and getting more involved in the community. The charity 15 a150 looking to grow its membership and continue to develop its members to make posltive Impact in the society. We plan to organise a range of community-centred activities or projects that will further enhance the fulfilment of the Charity's objectives and build better relationship with members of the host community. FINANCIAL REVIEW The Trustees have a strategic plan to build up a general reserve that supports liquidity for the future. This will enable the Charity to be in sound financial position to continue to meet its financial obligations and be in position to continue to deliver its charitable objectives on the long term. STATEMENfs OF TRusfEES' RESPONSIBILITIES The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the Trustees to prepare the financial statements for each financial year, which give a true and fair view of the situation of the charity and

of the surplus or deficit of the charity for that period. In preparing this financial statement, the Trustees are required to: Select suitable accounting policies. Make judgments and estimates that are reasonable and prudent. Prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in operation. The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position for the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the church and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other Irregularltles. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Shalom Centre uses an online accounting solution, Churchtrac Online, which has features to manage its membershlp, their donations, events, and records of income & expenditure. It has reporting modules that produces standard accounting reports and gives a snapshot of the Charity's financial situation as at when needed. The Charity's principal funding is through its members, contributlons, tithes & offerings, and gifts from associates and friends who belleve In the objectives of the charity. Shalom Centre contribute5 to the RCCG {UK) Central Office las WEM & Central Office Fund Contributions) to support the activities of the Central Office and the mlsslon work of RCCG In the UK. REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF CHURCH {RCCG) SHALOM CENTRE REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT EXAMINERFOR THE YEARENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2025 st Report on the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 set out on pages 7- 9 and notes on the pages 10-13. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Charities Att") and that an independent examination is needed. Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to audit under company law and is ellgible for independent examination, it is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under settion 145 of the Charities Act, to follow the procedures laid down in the general Direttions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145151(b) of the Charities Act, and to state whether partlcular matters have come to my attention. Basls of the Independent examlner's report My examination was carried out In accordance with 8eneral directions given by the Charity Commission, An examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeklng explanatlons from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair, view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below. Independent examlner's statement In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attentlon: l. Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect. the requirements: To keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; and To prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act have not been met.
