**Objects:** TO RELIVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME, THEIR FAMILIES, HELPERS AND CARERS IN NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:1) CREATING AND DEVELOPING CONDITIONS WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO ATTAIN THEIR FULL POTENTIAL; AND2) TO OFFER INFORMATION AND SUPPORT

**Activities:** We work to relieve the needs of people with Down's Syndrome, their families, helpers and carers in North East Lincolnshire in such ways as the trustees shall think fit, particularly but not exclusively by: creating and developing conditions which will enable them to attain their full potential: and to offer information and support.
