We work in different areas of Pakislan through voluntary groups w811
known for their interest or contnbution for the welfare of their local
community. We work jointly with many local charities of Bangladesh,
Brazil, Congo DRC, Egypt, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Madagascar,
Syria, Uganda and Yemen to relieve poverty by giving grants lo
orphans and needy people. Slowly, slowly Sameera Foundation is
increasing its charitable works in many developing countries.
So far we did not encounter any major risk as our grants are not very
high. However, there is a possibility that we transfer some funds to
our partners abroad and they do not use it properly.

The prevention or relief of poverty in Pakistan, Commonwealth and
developing countries by providing grants, items, and services to
indivlduals In need.
Sameera Foundakn'on constructed Sameera Welfare Institute of
Infomiation & Technology to provide free ernpowerment skills to
finanually disadvantaged females of Chach region.
SF successfully completed the construction of a 9 m high, 10,000
gallons of water storage for the Rangoo Tajak Rural Health Centre,
Pakistan. This rural ￿￿tre provides free medical facilits'es for 10- 12
surrounding poor villages.
SF completely constructed two walls of the local High School
measuring 350 ft which were completely damaged due a storm and
heavy rain.
SF provided welfare water wells or hand pumps in Uganda, Pakistan,
Nepal and Bangladesh.
SF started the construc*ion of the first floor of the institut6 to start a
Welfare Primary School.
Provision of grants to orphans of Pakistan and Yemen.
Ambulance seriice for Shamsabad and surrounding villages.

Volunteers are important element as they help the Foundation in
organising chantable welfare activities in different villages of Chach and
drfferent parts of Pakistan as well as in developing Gountries. They
collect and supply us wrth vtlal infomiation about low income deserving
people and Communrties in need of grants or disabilrty appliances or
food packets.
INe utilised a similar strategy in Bangladesh. Brazil. Cameroon. Gaza,
Jordan. Kenya. Libya. Madagascar, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Syria,
Uganda, Yemen and Swansea {UK). We are working with local
volunteers to provide us with vrtal information about deserving people
or communities in need of aid. We are a small charity and Cannot open
an office or employ staff to do our charrtable tasks in the stated
countries. We use either the local charrties or the local volunteers to
work abroad.

- The Eastem Part of Libya was struck by a disastrous flood on Ilth September 2023.
Derna city suffered the rn05t. a third of the city was submèrged under tidal currents
of the Mediterranean sèa within 3 few hours at night. Nearly 30.0￿ lost their lives
and nearly a third of the city had disappeared from the face of the earth.
Sameera Foundation raised fvnds to help the Derna communlty through OUT

The Palestlnlan Communlty of Swansèa was allowed to raise funds under the
supervision of Sameera Foundation for the displaced people of Gaia in need. We
used it for providing basic necessities of the diSpla￿d families.
Al-WalSdayn lslamlc Cèntre. Bangladesh was also allowed to collect collections under
the banner of Sameera Foundatlon from the City Mosque and Sketty Mosque. We
ralsed £5,Ll)O and it was sent to Bangladesh for the constTUCtion of the stated
Islamic Centre.
Settled among the green mountains of Paklstan's north, and with a river flowln8
Serenely through its ￿ntre, 81shnol was, until recently, a beautlful village. 8ut it had
rained heavily on the moming of Frldèy, IS August, and when the villagers woke earlv
and went off to work, they were unaware of how swiftly thlngs were about to
change. Sameera Foundation ralsed funds to provide food and blankets to the flood
affected community. The education grants wlll be provided to the school Children of
flood afferted areas durin8 next academlc session.
SameeraFoundatlon arranged a distribution of 110 ratlon packets, 40 bags of
nour. 31gn8 with beddln& clothes. and shoes, to families èffected by the recent
floods in Mlanwal Vlllage, Tehsll and Dlstrlct Chlnlot, Paidstan. The
Educatlonal Grants will be given to the flood affecied students.
Gaza is a living HELL on the face of the earth 3nd the whole world knows it. The

Constfuclion of Boundary Walls of GBHS. Shamsabad
During the heavy torrentjal rain and wind storm the two walls of the
school were completely demolished Icollapsedl in July 2024. There are 4TrJ students in
this sthool and mostly come from poor famllies. The Headmastèr requested to the
Education Depti. politiaans antl local residents but no one came to their rescue. The
demolished walts exposed the small chlldrèn to many sort of dangers. The Headmaster
appealed to the Sameera Foundation and we constructed both the walls to cieate a
safe ambient for the school children. The local community appreciated the contribution
of Sameera Foundation for the construction of two walls totalllng 350 ft.

6.Gift of School Notebooks for 100 Or
anda." We piovided notebooks to the
orphans of Kauts Mpogo Orphanage on 7th October 2024. This orphanage is
constructed by Sameera Foundation and it accommodates 50 boys and 50 girts. The
orphanage is maintained by the Relief for Needy Foundation, a locally registered
tharity.
7. Nursery And Prfmary Welfare School
Sameera Foundation is working on the establishment of a Nursery and Welfare Primary
School for ofphans and financially disadvantaged families.
8. Construction of first Floor of SWIIT
(Sameera Welfare Institute of Information & Technology)
We are constructing classrooms on the first floor of SWIIT. The construction work is
70% complete and we hope this floor will be available from the next semester. The
ground floor will be used for the Primary Welfaie School and the First Floor will be used
for EmFM)werment Skill tourses for disadvantsged female5 of the Chactrt region.
3. HEALTH AND D15ABILirY
Activation of Sughra Welfare Health Clinic and Community Centre
We completed the construction of the Welfare Health and Community Centre about 3
years ago. Unfortunately, we failed to make it active as the Medical Doctors in
Pakistan are not at all interested in carrying on any medical welfare work voluntarilv
or on payments of reasonable cost. DurFn8 this perigd, we started the Ambulance
Servi￿ to facilitate the needy communities of Shamsabad, Shah Pur and surrounding
villages.
Now, Dr Madiha Nai Malik will be available in the Health Clinic on Tuesdays and
Saturdays between 10 am and 2 pm for free medical check-up and advice to the local
female5. She will provide this service free on a voluntary basis.
Water Related Welfare Prokct5
Sameera Foundation 15 currently running drinking water projects in Pakistan. Uganda.
Yemen, Nepal, Bangladesh and Gaza.
A lo-m high water tank tower of 10,(KXJ Gallons capacity was constructed for
Ran809 Rural Health Centre. Pakistan. This wral centre provides free medical
facilities for 10- 12 surrounding poor villages.
We made a total of 19 welfare water wells for Eastern Uganda durin8 the period
April 23 tts August 25. We completed the construrtion of www14 to www19
during Sept. 24 to Aug 25. The details are available in our Annu31 Report for the
period 2024-2025.
Recentty, S tanks of I,(Ki) litres capacity are gifted to 5 m05ques Stsqia of Tai2,
Yemen. It provided clean drinking water for the communrty around thè mosques.
SF is providing we￿are water pumps for Bangladesh, Nepal and Sindh IPakistanl.
Clean drinking water is also being sent regularly to the displaced and homeless
people of Gaza.

Whlte Cane Day Celebration
International White Cane Day takes place on October 15th each year and the day is
obseNed worldwide to recognise the movement of blind people from dependency to
full participation in society. the visually impaired community of Attock District
organÉsed the celebration of thi5 event on 15 Octobei 2024. Sameera Foundation
sponsored this event and gifted white canes as well 35 talkin8 watche5 to the visuallv
impaired participants.

Sameera Welfare Institute of Infomiation & Technology is a sklll learning centre
especialty establishe(I for the empowerment of orphans. widows, and low-ineome
females of poor villages. Currently, there are 60 girls learnlng Computer Skill. Domestic
Sèwing and Beautician courses. These fefflale students come from different poor
villages of Chach region. The Chach region has 87 poor villages congested withln an
areaof 31kmx 14 km.
6th & 7th Certificate5 Award Ceremony of Empowement Sklll for Females
Sameera Foundation Organis￿ the Ceflificates Awaid Ceremony of 6th and 7th
qualified Group on 22nd Mar¢h 2025. The certificates of Advanced Informatlon
Technology, Modern Dressmaking and Beautician skill courses were glven to Ihe
students who completed the courses succe55fully. 30 students of Computer course,. 31
studenis of Domestit TailorinB course and 34 Students of Beautician Course were
granted their certifTrcaie5. A total of 95 students of both batches 6 and 7 were given the
certificates.

A total of 46 students enrolled for this batch. 17 students recelved Sklll Learning Grant

Sameera Foundatlon is developin8 a kitchen where females can learn to cook
professional dishe5 and bake cakes & biscults. There is a problem with the supply of gas
and electritity due to load shedding in Pakistan. Therefore. the oven will be provided
with the supply of 8a$ as well as electriclty io facilitate the leaching work.

This Eid lunch was part of Sameera Foundation'5 Global Welfare Programme, designed
not onty to bring festive joy to orphaned children but also to instil in thelr hearts the
rè¥55uring message that there are taring hands in the World, ready to embrace thèm
with love. protection. and compassion.
On the blessed occasion of Eid ul Adha. the Sameera Foundation took a heartfelt and
purposeful initiative by hosting a special Eid lunch for orphan childrèn in Sunsarj
District. The event wa5 held at Jameatul Khair, Bhokraha. &Jnsari
Financial Support for Needy Persons
F. N. is a sèven-year-old innocent girl from Mohalla Dhakhi,village Shamsabad.
On April 5, 2025. this llttle fairy suddenfy touched the electric wires while playing on
the mof of her house. as a result of whith she re￿ived a severe electric shock. In this
accident, her left arm and ri8ht leg were badly burnt and she also suffered a deèp
wound on hèr head. ImmedÈately after the accident, She was shrfted to Civil H05Pltal
Hazro by an ambulance of Sameera welfa￿ Foundation Ishamsabadl. but due to lack
of proper faolities the￿, she wa5 taken to Peshawar Hospital the next day where she
underwent surgery. We provided financial assistance for the rnedical treatment.
Mr E. A. of Mehfab Pur, Distt. Nau5hahro. Sindh wrote about his hard
arcumstances and appealed for a bag of ration on￿. Dr S. U. reckoned him a deserving
person y) Rs 10,¢yJo/- were sent to him for purchase of food item5.
M. l., ￿sIdent of Bhaira ISar8odhal submitted his application through Dr F. S.
He has blood cancer according to the medical report. He requested some financial

in his left le& and hi5 wife has disability on both the legs. The video show5 It clearly.
He requested for some financial support. and we gave hirn Rs 20.0001- from our
Sadaqah Account.
We constructed MPOGO Orphanage. Uganda on the ple￿ of land gifted by
Kauta. His wife was in crttical condition and diagnosed with fibroids on her uterus.
She was admitted in the Mbale People's Hospital on Chri5trnas day and needed an
urgent sur8ery. The hospital estimated 3 cost of UGX4.2 millions labout £9001 for the
surgery to remove Uterus for treatment. We gave her a grant of £300.
Sameera Foundation gave Marriage Grants to four fernale5 of our local area
from our 5adaqah account. The mother of eath girl received Rs 20,000/- labout £551.
6. RAMADAN AND EII>UL-ADHA
Ramadhan Food Gift Packs for Needy Famllies of Mial. Paklstan
Sameera Foundation distributed 450 Ramadhan Food Packs in Pakistan during the
blessed month of Ramadhan. 80 packs were 6iven to people with di5ablllties (physical.
mental or visuall. 173 were given to both the widows and Senior otizens tsf the age of
60 or al)ove.' 47 food pack5 were gtven to the neecty families of Attock [v￿ld ￿- 60 food

Sameera Foundation acknowled8es gratefully the support of Dr Rahim Zegugu for the
contribution of 20 food packs for needy families of Sanaa, Yemen. The children were

Ramadhan Food Packs for Taiz. Yemen
Sameera Foundation team in Taiz, Yernen, worked hard to distrlbute 75 Ramadhan food
packs for families suffering from intertwined crises of poverty and displacement due to
the continuation of war and siege, as well as the insane rise in prices in all aspects of
life. especially basic foodstuffs. This year's Ramadhan pack contained flour, sugar. rice,
oil, potatoes and onions which are enough for one family for about 2 weeks. This gift
was a reason for the happiness of the benèfficiaries who came to receive it at the

Sameera Foundation arranges street iftars during Ramadhan to feed the needy people.
We invariably select a different local so that more people are benefited. We have been
running this proeramme effectNely for the last &9 years. We arranged è total of 16

animals are slaughtered in thè presence of Io(31 Masjid Sheikhs and committee
members. The sacrificial meat was distributed for disabled. orphan5, widows and poor
families under the supervision of Foundation Volunteers.

SF raised funds from the local mosques and tiansferred £5.671 for the construction
work of Al-walidayn Islamic Centre. Bangladesh.
8. Gift for the Forgotten Communlty of Swansea
There are aboutlo shelters in Swansea accownmodatin8 about 120 homeless fellows. SF
Invariabty irled to help them by sending fresh hot meals or packs of fruits or gift packs
from time to time. We remembered them on Xmas and distributed 100 gift packs for
residents 10 Swansea Shelters.

basis of report
As the charitys trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance wtth the requirements of the Charrties Act 2011

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5){b) of the Act.
Independent trhe chanty's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualrfied to
examlner's statement undertake the examinats'on by being a qualified member of ACCA.
I have completed my examinab'on. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination whith gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
