EDUCATION
- Sameera Foundation h&s been giving educational
grants to orphans or disadvantaged school students
since 2012. This year. 11)0 students of Neelam Valley
were given School nOte￿￿kS. Sch(K)I kits were given
to 100 orphans of MFK)go Orphanage, Ugand
- School desks and benches were given to GOVL Girts
Elementary Sch(M)l. Kuldathi.
- The notrbooks and basic stationery items were given
to 69 vu]nerable Orphans of Madagascar.
- 15 students of Mial were given jerseys and socks
during winter.
- We atranged Eid ul Fitr lunch for the ory)hans and
vulnerable children of ugan￿ madaga￿￿[ and
Rohingya Refugee camp. Bangladesh. The Rohtngya
school was also provided carpets for the classroom.
- A chest freezer was given tr) orphan schwl of
BaluchTrstsn. Pakistan for the use of 110 orphans.
- 106 needy Ix)ys' and girls, students of Neelam
valley were given school no*books.
- Sameera Foundation acquired (as a Gift) an area of
3,400 sq. m in the village Shamsabad. Atto¢L
Pakistan. We are tying to construct a Technical
Institut4 a children leisure part an adult recreation
and a welfare health centre. The ￿￿osed

Technical Inbtituie will offer the mostly needed skills
which Can faGilitate the jobs for the students of the
sumiunding 87 FKM)r villages of Chach region
scattered within an area of 31 kni by 14 km.
EMPOWERMENf SKILL FOR FEMALES
- Sameera Welfare Institute of Information &
Technology is a skill learning centre especially
established for the empowerment of orphans,
widows, and low-income female5 of poor villages.
Currently, there are 60 girls learning Computer Skill.

within an area of 31 km by 14 km.
- Rescue 1122 deals with emergencies and road
accidents in Pakistan. The staff of Rescue 1122 visited
the Institute on 12/1212023 to teach the lifesaving
technique that are useful in many emergencies such
as a heart attack or near drownin& in which
someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped.
- Sameera Foundation orEanised the Certificates
Award Ceremony of 5th Group on 6th December
2023. The certificates of Information Techno108y,
Dress Making and Beautician skill courses were given
to the students who completed the courses
successfully.
- Sameera Foundation organised the Certtficates
Award Ceremony of 6th qualified Group on 19th
February 2024. The certificates of Aifvanced
Information Technology, Modern Dress making and
Beautician skill courses were given to the students
who completed the course5 successfully. These
courses are free for the needy females of Chach area.
Sameera Foundation provides financial support to
UVE TO GIVE Charity (Yemen) from last few years.
Thi5 group imparts the domestic sewing skill to needy
females. Similar￿. we provide monthly support for
Beautician courses run by a local Hair Salon. Make up,
Demobilization. Take care of hair with indrviduality &
protein,. Haircut, Hair dye. and Clean the skin and
body skills are provided free to the needy females.
HEALTH AND DISABILITY
9 years old. Mr. A., from Kalu Khurd village has
been paralysed in the lower portion of his body since
the age of 5. He is given a Tricycle to facilitate his job.
- O. S. a resident of Karèchi was suffering from mouth
cancer. He is disabled from one leg, unemployed and
has 5 children below the ages of 18. He was given a
financial support of Rsi(K).000 for the treatment of
mouth cancer.
Mr. K. S. is getting treatment in Mount Elgon
H05Pital, Mbale, Uganda for the prostate problems.
He was Eiven a grant of UGX 1,500,000 for medical
treatment.
- Miss K Z. is 35 years old and suffers from a severe
kidney disease for the last 4 years. She requires
dialysis twice è week. She was given a grant for her
treatment.
51wears-old M. H. of Ghori Town. Islamabad
needed support for her liver transplant. Doctors
have recommended her, the stem cell therapy, and
proper medication. She was given a medical 8rant for
purchase of medicines
7 Years old Ms. S. has mental and physical disability
since birth. She wa5 given a wheelchair.
8 years old Ms. M. B. ha5 disability since her birth.
Her legs are paralysed. and she can neither stand nor
walk. She is gifted a wheelchair and now she will be
able to Bo to school easily.
72 years old Mrs. M. J. has broken her rlght leg as
well as fractured the left arm by an accidental fall in
her home. She was given a self-propelled wheelchair
to facilitate her life.

5ameera Foundation arranged a free medical camp
to provide free medical examination and medicines
for the village of Shamsabad and surrounding villages
on l and 2nd March 2024. Many adults, female5 and
children were treated free and were provided free
medical tests and medicines.
- The Second medical camp wa5 arranged on 4th May
2024. A total of 42 males. 63 female5 and 33 children
were treated on thi5 occasion. They were provided
free medicines as well as the relevant medical tests.
Mr. S. Y. S. A.. 8-yearS￿Id, has fractures in both
mandibular condylar heads with callus formation. His
both lav￿ were frattured. and he can't open his
mouth. He was treated successfully in Alrefai
Alnmothe8e Hospital. Yemen and it costed us £1,150.
Sameera Foundation has been providing disabilitv
appliances to people with physical disabilities since
2014. We provide thi5 facility to the disabled residing
within the Chach Region (about 87 poor villages). We
gifted 73 self-propelled wheelchairs during the period
2019-2024.
The visually impaired communlty of Attock District
organised a Rally on 15th October 2023. International
White Cane day. We provided lunch for about 200
participants.
The people of Eastem region of Uganda generally
uses polluted drinking water due to shortage of clean
drinking water. Sameerd Foundation constructed 13
deep water wells in Uganda Since March 2023 and
provided clean drinking water to the needy
communtties.
- We constructed vRter hand pumps No. 3- 6 for
Rohingya Refugee Camp, Bangladesh. Two water
hand pump5 V￿re also constructed in Sindh, Pakistan
to facilitate the needy families.
- Sameera Foundation started the construrtion of
10 m high welfare water tank with a capacity of
10.(N)O Gallons on 1410212024 and its estimated cost
is £IO,CNJO. Various donors contributed for this
welfare project for Rangoo Tajak Rural Health Centre.
It seNes about 13 poor villages and desperately
needs a proper water tsnk.
- Completed the Construction of 4 VKdter tanks to take
clean drinking water from Shaheed Garh Mountain to
villages of Lora Miana, Khyber Pakhtunkhwè,
Pakistan.
Dheri Baba graveyard (Pakistan) and surrounding
houses desperately need clean water. On the request
of the local community, we arrang￿1 the deep drilling
of a tube well to get the fresh clean Water for local
necessities.
- We provided a tube well for the con5truttion of a
mosque in Pakistan. The village is expanding on the
East side and there is no mosque in this area.
- Provided potable water for Al-Najd IDPS Camps in
Taiz, Yemen. 12,(Y)O L of clean drinking water for 12
mosqu￿ Suqia of Taiz, Yemen. The safe drinkin8
water 1.000 L wa5 given to each of the 12 mosques.

REDUCTION OF POVERTY
- Sameera Foundation is runnin8 a special
programme of feeding the orphans and vulnerable
children of developing countries. We fed the
vulnerable children of Madagascar. Cameroon, Nepal
and Kenya,. sent food Items to Blaen y Maes. Drop-in
Community Centre, UK: arranged Clean Water for
IDPS Camps of Taiz. Yemen.. Christma5 Lunch for
vulnerable minors of Saint Francis Nursery. Brazil,.
New Year Gift for IC4) residents of Swansea shelters,
and school items for orphans of Madagascar.
- Aqeeqa lunch for IINJ orphans of MPOGO,
orphanage, U8anda. Lunch for 45 orphans of
Rohingya Refugee Camp, Bangladesh. Lunch for 122
orphans in Taiz. 40 orphans in Sanaa, 15 orphans in
Aden and 40 orphans of Berain Refugee Camp,
Yemen.
Financial supports are provided to desperately poor
people. The transportation vehicle of M. A. of
Shamsabad was burnt accidently, and he was
provided financial support. Mrs. R. B. was given
financial 5UPPOrt for medical treatment of Hepatic
Steatosls (Grade l). Dr. S. K was passing through
extremely hard circumstances. so he was given a loan
of1ts500,OIXI to solve his problem. 23 years old M. N.
was given financial 5UPPOrt for treatment of tumour
in his brain.
Four financially disadvantaged girls were given
marriage grants. Ms. F. N. was given financial support
for the school fee of her children. Mrs. H. D. from
Jordan was passing through extremely hard
circumstances and she was given a financial support
of £250.
- Ramadhan Food Gift packs were given to a few
hundred needy families of Syria, Pakistan and Yemen.
A fo(Kl packet worth £20 containing basic food items
for a month is given to the most deserving and poor
families of Syria, Pakistan and Yemen during the
month of Fasting. The visually impaired of Attock
(Pakistanl were also given food packs.
- Support for Syrianurkey Earth Quake vlttims. Food
packs were given to IIX) families of North Western
Syria.
- Sarneera Foundation ts running a Global Programme
for feeding the orphans and vulnerable children of
developing countries. We arranged the Eid Lunches
for ICIJ orphans in Uganda on 10th April 2024.. 140
Rohingya refugee students. Ban8ladesh ,. 140 orphans
of Madagascar. Feeding of 80 orphans of Kenya and
table water for 3 IDPS camps. Christmas lunch for
40 vulnerable minors of Brasilia-DF, Brazil; lunch for
145 orphan5 of Cameroon,- for 135 vulnerable
students of Nepal.
Eid Gifts were given to 54 widows and 69 disabled
re8iStered with us.
12,OCK) litre of potable water was provided to 12
religious centres of Taiz. Yemen. Each centre was
given I,O(M) litre5.

- We pmvided 14,(KM) L of drinking water with 1,5
fresh b￿adS for homeless and displaced vittims on
3010412025 in Taiz. Yemen.
- P Humanltarian project of clean drinking water for
12 additional m05que5 of Taiz on Ashura day.
Many religious centres in Taiz, Yemen are without
storage for potable water. We provided 1.000 L water
tanks to Al-mikhlafi mosque in Yemen.
- We arranged an Aqeeqa lunch for ICO orphan5 of
Mpogo Orphanage. Uganda on 13108124. sponsored
a lunch for 120 orphans of Berain Refugee Camp of
Yemen on 20108124 and a lunch for 45 orphans of
Rohingya Refugee Camp on 20108124.
We gtve monthly maintenance grants to 122
orphans in Taiz. 40 in Sanaa.15 in Aden and 40 of
Berain Refugee Camp. A special lunch was arranged
for these orphans in November 23.
- We give monthty grants to 80 orphans in Pakistan.
We arranged Eid ul Adha Qurbani in Pakistan,
Yemen and Uganda. Collertive Eid ul Adha Qurbani of
13 cow5, 45 goats and 9 sheep in Pakistan.
Madagascar, Yemen and Uganda respectively. Six
cows were slaughtered in Pakistan. 5 cows in Uganda
and 2 cows in Madagascar: 36 goats in Taiz, Yemen;
7 goats in Uganda and 2 goats in Madagascar; 6
sheep in Taiz and 3 sheep in Sanaa. The sacrificial
fresh meat was distributed to disabled and needv
families of these countries.
EMERGENCY AID FOR UBY

was destroyed by a massive torrent of water and
mud after two dams collapsed due to heavy rains
and catastrophic flooding in September 2023. More
than 4,000 people were killed and some I0,{￿ were
missing after heavy rain5 generated by Storm Daniel.
We worked jointly with WAFA Relief to help the flood
affected people. We signed a Charity Partnership
Agreement with Libyan Helping Hands to provide
essential help in Libya.
-on Friday 8 September 2023, a 6.8 magnitude
earthquake struck western Morocco. The epicentre
was in the High Atla5 Mountains, approx. 70 km south
of Marrakesh. A 4.9 magnitude aftershock followed
just 20 minutes later. Local authorities reported
death of over 3,Th)O people with 5,5C(I critically
injured. Many of the worst affected areas are remote
and mountainous, making them harder to reach. We
worked jointly with Watan charity to distribute
blankets and wami clothes on 19iiV2023.
-The war in Gaza killed many Palestinians by one of
the most destructive bombing campaign in modern
history. According to the Gaza V.ini5t
of '4ealt
over 48,5(YJ Palestinians have reportedly been killed,
many of them women and children, and 1,12,000
injured. Thousands more are missing and believed to
be trapped under the rubble. We distributed fresh
vegetables pack% on 5 occasions to the displaced
frdmilies in Rafah. These events are reported in detail

on our FB site.
HOMELESS & RESIDENTS OF SHELTERS
Sameera Foundation has been working regularly with
ough sleepers, homeless. asylum seekers, refugees,
nd residents of shelters since 2016. We sent fresh hot
eals or fmit pack5 or gift packs containing items of
aify necessrties for deprived segments of Swansea
ciety.
We distributed a total of 430 fruit packs on 16th

Jla 2024 to the residents of Swansea shelters and

Head of a village sch￿1 (Headmaster or
Headmistress) provides a list of orphans and/or
financially disadvantaged school students to the
Sameera Foundation annually before the start of
acadernic session. Consequently, the Foundation
pays the school fee, admission or examination fee
rf applicable and provide them school notebooks,
school bags and stationery.
The organisations/communities or people in need
of our help reach us directly through emails or
WhatsApp messages. Their requests are studied by
our Trustees, and the grant or welfare work is
carried out after the approval of the Executive
Committee.
We launch appeals to raise funds to meet any local
or international ernergency.
People wrth physical disabilities from low-income
familie5 of the villages can apply for assistance for
disability appliance. artificial limbs,

applicants are assessed based on their medical

Cameroon, Gaza, Jordan. Kenya, Libya.
Madagascar. Morocco, Nepal. Pakistan. Syria,

with local volunteers to provide us Wlth vital
information about deserving people or
communities in need of aid. We are a small charity
and cannot open an office or employ staff to do our
charitable tasks in the stated countries. We use

l-Development and construction of a free skill centre
situated wtthin a cluster of 87 PCK)r villages of the
Chach region (Pakistan). Since January 2021 it is
providing free skill courses of Inforniation
Technolo8y. Domestic sewing skill and Beauticia
skill for 60 females in each acadernic session of 6
months. This emwiwernient skill of femaIes is giving
good results as many femaI4 found the employment
or worktng from home to earn some livelihood. The
deserving females are given monthly travelling
aIlowance to come to the skill centre frorn other
villages.
Sameerd Foundation is also giving financial
SUPEK)rt since March 2021 to *Live to Give a San
Yemen based charity for itnparting domestic sewing
skill to 10 females in the morning session. 11]e
financial grant Is also given to a Bedutician SaIon in
Taiz for itnparting skill to io females to increase their
chances of livelihood.
We constrncted a Welfar¢ Health Clinic and
Community Centre in the village Shamsabad. It is
providing free medical emergency service to the local
community and the suThounding villages. We are
pmviding welfare emergency Ambulance service to
the locaI community since March 2023.

Sameera Foundation is happy for its
achievements against the objectives set by us.
We are getting more donors and expanding our
philanthropic work to many developing
countries
We invariably managed to obtain funds for all
objettrves set by us. The best example is the
construction of a free skill empowerment skill
centre known as Sameera Welfare Institute of
Information & Technology. We also managed to
construct a Welfare Health Clinic for poor
families of villages.
We are constructing a welfare skill centre for
boys of Chach region as well as a public park and
a children recreation park for the public.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {￿he Trusf) for the year ended 3110812024.
Responsibilties and
basis of report
As the charitys trUst￿S. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(°the Acr)
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusfs accounts carried OLrt
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
Independent ￿he charity's gross income exceeded £250.000 and l am qualified to
examinerfs statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of ACCA.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in. any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or
the accounts dld not comply with the applicable requirements
con￿mIng the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
