||||||||social distance.||

||||||||community<br>and Swansea Together initiative to||
||||||||provide hot meals to the homeless, vulnerable<br>and||
||||||||residents ofshelters. The initiative<br>provided<br>about 700||
||||||||fresh hot lunch packs daily with a drink, snacks with||
||||||||disposable<br>forks, spoons and knives forthe homeless.||
||||||||We contributed<br>about 60-65 lunches. These were|sent|
||||||||14weeks or 100days of lockdown.||
|||||||~|200fresh hot meals were delivered<br>in conjunction||
||||||||with Swansea Central Mosque to Morriston<br>Hospital||
||||||||COVID-19 Ward NHS Staff, carers and volunteers.||
||||||||These were sent weekly consisting of Chicken<br>Curry||
||||||||rice, vegie meals, drinks and salad.||
|||||||~|As part ofthe COVID-19 response Yemen, 15,000||
||||||||surgical<br>masks, 80overalls, 50pulse oxy-meters,|and|
||||||||10infrared temperature<br>sensors were sent to||
||||||||hospitals<br>in Yemen. In addition, 1000ampules of||
||||||||Dexamethasone<br>were purchased<br>and gifted to||

|||||||Punjab, Southwest<br>Pakistan to Topi-|
|||||||Swabi. It is bounded<br>on the north<br>and|
|||||||west by the Indus River, and is about 19|
|||||||miles (31km) long (from east to west)|
|||||||and 9 miles (14km) broad. There are 87|
|||||||villages<br>in this relatively<br>small but|
|||||||densely populated<br>(350,000or 2,000|
|||||||habitants<br>per sq. mile) and the most|
|||||||disadvantaged<br>region of Pakistan. There|
|||||||are four important<br>areas to target<br>in|
|||||||order to help the disadvantaged<br>and|
|||||||deprived<br>section ofthe community:|
|||||||EDUATION,<br>HEALTH, WELFARE and|
|||||||EMPOWERMENT.|
|||||||Many parents<br>in the villages ofChach|
|||||||cannot afford to pay school fee or|
|||||||purchase<br>uniforms<br>and are depriving|
|||||||their children ofbasic education. There|
|||||||isat least one primary<br>school in most of|
|||||||the villages but high schools are few in|
|||||||this cluster of87villages. Through<br>our|
|||||||Educational<br>Grant programme,<br>the|
|||||||Foundation<br>aims to reach and support|
|||||||deserving<br>children<br>in different<br>villages to|
|||||||making<br>a very significant<br>difFerence to|





|their lives. Free medical support<br>is not||
