**Objects:** THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF MENTAL HEALTH OF PERSONS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED MENTAL HEALTH ILLNESSES, THEIR CARERS AND FAMILY, BY PROMOTING REHABILITATION OF SUCH PERSONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PEER SUPPORT SERVICES, PRACTICAL ADVICE, COUNSELLING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** We organise peer support sessions where people meet and share their experiences of overcoming issues that affect their mental health.  We also offer a range of recreational activities where people learn techniques that will assist them to develop coping strategies to address anxiety, low mood, stress, low esteem or anger.  This includes organising group therapy sessions.
