**Objects:** THE WMA SHALL BE COMMITTED TO THE PRINCIPLES OF TORAH AND HALACHAH AND PROVIDE FOR THE RELIGIOUS NEEDS AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF ITS MEMBERS.IT SHALL HAVE AS ITS MAIN OBJECTS THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF REGULAR SABBATH AND OTHER RELIGIOUS SERVICES AND, SHOULD THE NUMBER OF THE CHILDREN OF ITS MEMBERS SO JUSTIFY, THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF HEBREW AND RELIGION CLASSES OF A STANDARD APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION OF THE UNITED SYNAGOGUE.

**Activities:** The activities currently carried out are as follows. 1 The provision of a place off worship, religious activities and support. 2. Arranging communal events and activities.The Charity carries out a wide range of activities in pursuance of its charitable aims and the Board consider these activities are of benefit to all those who worship at and identify with the Synagogue.
