Heritage Skills, is the name of the newly formed training academy for the North West of England. It has been set up as a charity in order to provide appropriate training and education in building conservation skills that focuses on a number of key areas; Delivery of the Heritage Skills qualification for a range of building crafts including brickwork, stone, roof , plasterwork and carpentry.
Objects: The Charity's Objects (objects) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Preservation And Improvement Of All Heritage Properties To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Preservation, Protection And Improvement Of All Heritage Properties For The Public Benefit To Promote The Education (including Physical Training) Of People In The North West Of England In Such Ways The Charity Trustees See Fit By Providing Their Education (including Heritage Properties) To Prepare For Entry To Any Occupation, Trade Or Profession In The Construction Industry On Leaving Any Educational Establishment.
