Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
Our volunteers and the foundations that we have laid down in West Norwood have continued to help the community in this difficult year. West Norwood Islamic Centre has fully reopened as of January 2021. Activities have resumed in the community, and some normality has returned to the day to day services provided by our volunteers at the West Norwood Islamic Centre, however the strain that Covid-19 brought about on the community has remained, with worshippers continuing to wear masks and hand gel being provided regularly for anyone to use.
