This is done by belonging to mathematical bodies where our voice can be heard, and by responding directly to government consultations. We have continued as members of the Meeting of Mathematical Subject Associations and have a representative on the Joint Mathematical Council. |

Para 1.20 | Once again we held a Zoom conference in 2022-3. A virtual conference enabled some who are not usually able to attend our conference to do so. Throughout this period, we continued to respond to appropriate consultations as individuals, as an association or as members of the Meeting of Mathematical Subject Associations or the Joint Mathematical Council. |

Para 1.47 | Our only source of income this year has been membership fees. We continued for another year without an administrator. The trustees mainly ‘meet’ using Zoom, which has reduced the expenses of face-to-face committee meetings; however, there was one face-to-face meeting this year as we had a new trustee. |
