**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(1) TO BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF RINGLESTONE, SPRINGFIELD AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE, FAMILIES, VULNERABLE ADULTS AND THE ELDERLY BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, ST. FAITH&#x27;S CHURCH, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.(2) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN OR CO-OPERATE WITH ANY STATUTUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.(3)TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.(4)ANY OTHER OBJECT THAT IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.

**Activities:** Our charity was formed to build and develop a Community Centre both for worship and for community use by the people of Ringlestone and Springfield Maidstone, replacing the old St Faith&#x27;s Church Hall in Ringlestone. The building was completed in July 2023 and is now fully operational, used by many different community and church groups, with staff employed to oversee all the activities.
