King's Lynn Community Football is a Charitable Incorporated Or8anisation ICIOI governed by its
constitution Idated 10 July 2013, amended 23 September 20131 and regulated by the Charities
Commission for England and Wales.
The charity is managed by its trustees, who are responsible for ensuring that the organisation
operates in accordance with its charitable objectives and governing document.
All trustees give their time voluntarily and receive no remuneration or benefits from the charity.
Recruitment & Appointment of Trustees
Apart frorn the first charity trustees, every trustee appointment must be appointed for a term of
three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity Trustee5.
In selecting individuals for appointment as appointed charity trustees, the charity trustees must
have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the

Objective & Public Benefit
To advance the physical education and social development of children and young people of West
Norfolk and surrounding areas, through the provision and management of facilities to enable their
active involvement in the game of football and other activities to develop their skills, capacities and
capabilities and to participate in Society as mature and responsible individuals.
The promotion of community participation in healthy sports and recreation, throuBh the provision
of facilities for the playing of sport and physical activity.
The trustees conlirm that they have had due regard to the Charity COMMI￿10n,S guidance on public
benefit.

Activities & Achievements
Kings Lynn Community Football continues to focus on supporting local sport provision and ensuring
its sustainability with fundraising activities and interest from money at bank. Income for the year as
£1,272.
Trustees supported 3 local youth participants in their sporting activities through bur5aries-
supported the Alive KL Ability Counts group in obtaining match funding to a grant by the Trustees in
support of it5 programme, funded coach qualifications for a volunteer within the Kings Lynn Elite
football programme and supported the purchase of new Veo cameras for the KLE programme. Total
bursary and grant fundin8 amounted to £5,375 for the year.
The Trustees will continue to support the football development plans that Alive West Norfolk work
toward5, as well as considering opportunities for future fundraising. to ensure the sustainability of
local, grassroots sport and its wider development.
Financial Review
KLCF continue to focus on supporting young people and local community programmes. Fundraising
opportunities in the continuing cost of living climate is challenging. KLCF remains in a good financial
position to serve the community in the coming year.
Reserves Policy
The Trustees have approved a reserves policy of holding a balance of between £3,000 and £4,000.
These reserves are needed in the event of unexpected costs. The Trustees have agreed to monitor
the reserve levels at the regular Trustees meetings and at least quarterly.
Amount of reserves held-. £3,500.

We report on the accounts of King's Lynn Cotnmunity Football for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Respeetive responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's ti'ustees are responsible for the preparation of the acc¢>unls. The charity's trustees consider that an
audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination 15 needed.
It is my responsibility lo-.
examine the a¢¢ounts under section 145 of the Charities A¢t-
to follow the procedures laid down in the G¢neral Directions given by the Charity CoMmi￿10n
under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act. and
lo state whether particular matters have come to rny attention.
Basis of independent examiners, statement
My examination was carried out in accordan¢e with general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An
examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accc>unt5
presented with those records. It also includes considerarion of any unusual iteTllS or disclosures in the accounts. and
the seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be requiied in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair, view and the repoit is limired to those fftatters set out in the statement below.
