To advance the physical education and social development of children and young people of Wesl Norfolk and surrounding areas, through the provision and management of facil((ies to enable their active involvement in the game of foolball and other activities to develop their skills, ¢apa¢ities and capabilities and lo participate in society as mature and responsible individuals., The promotion of community participation in healthy sports and recreation, through the provision of facilities for the playing of sport and physical activity. In order lo demonstrate that our aims are for the public benefit we have used the quality of life indicators sel out by the Wesl Norfolk Partnership. The Wesl Norfolk Partnership IWNPI is a group of key public, private and voluntary sector organisalions working together lo improve services and the quality of life for people in West Norfolk_ King's Lynn Community Football worked closely with the WNP on a variety of projects and ini(ialives. KLCF works in partnership a number of local organisalions towards improving some of the identified quality ol life indicators that help make Wesl Norfolk a better place for everyone that lives and works here. The seven key outcomes are.. The economy is thriving Communities are prosperous Communities are strong and active People feel safe People are healthy, People live in decent homes, The environment is clean and allrartive.

Para 1.17 arnl 11 is clear that out of the 7 key outcomes above King's Lynn Community Football contribute to four of these (highlighted in bold abovel. Aim- To promote the physical education of children and young persons within Wesl Norfolk and the surrounding area5, wilhoul reference to race, sex, creed, disability or social background. How we achieve this- We support the engagement of children in PE lessons, atter school clubs and luncht1me activity throLJgh an Active Schools program., in addition, we support the delivery of an Ability Counts club giving opportunities to children and adults with a variety of mental and physical disabilities. 2. Alm- To provide and assist in the provision of Tecrealional and leisure tirne activities for children, young people and such persons who have need by reason of their youth, age. dssabilily, povety or social and economic circumstances. in particularly bul not exclusively the playing of f¢)otball. How we achieve this- For children aged 4-16 we support an Active Holiday Program during the school holidays. We organise and support walking football and social soccer sessions for the benefit of over 50s and Iritergeneralional groups. 3. Aim- To promote physical and mental well-being, moral character and social skills by the provision and as51sling in the provision of facilities for playing football, other sports and recreational activities Public BenefiUindicator- People feel safe, People are healthy. How we achieve thls- 14+ year olds living in e deprived wards of King's Lynn & West Norfolk have the opportLtnily lo part1cipale in a range of activities delivered at cenlres local to them and on mulli-use games areas in the wards. We also support the delivery of Healthy Choices Healthy Player program which encourages children and arenls lo make heallh
11 choices and lo become a healthier player. In addition, we support delivery an Omnes Games package aimed al engaging students who may not partake in regular sport into trying new and drfferenl sports in a fun and safe environment. Both these projects are delivered and offered lo primary schools acros5 West Norfolk. 4. Alm- To advan and promote the education of children and young people and to provide opportunities for them lo develop their full capacities and lo enable them to grow lo maturity as individuals and members. How we achieve this - To up skill individuals and give them the tools lo become young leaders, ¢oa¢hes and better players we support the deliver of Coach Education Programs lo coaches across Wesl Norfolk and the College of Wesl Anglia. Gifted and talented individuals can attend the Elile Football Development Centres which gives players the chance lo progress from soccer schools lo professional clubs. In addition we encourage work placements for student5 and aspiring coaches. Achievements and Performance SORP reference With the coaching & school actwilies now coming under the Alive Wesl Norfolk guidance the Kings Lynn Communty Football has focused on supporting local sport provision and ensuring ils sustainability with fundraising a¢livilies. A donation of £SOO was received from a local bowls club together with £500 funding from Tesco Stronger Starts scheme which will be used for player kits for a local abilty counts group. Interest of £292 from money at bank was received. Trustees supported 5 local youth participants in their sporting activities through bursaries as well as grants lo support the costs of refèrees for a Walking Football team and a youth football programme. In addition, Trustees part funded coach development, supported fixlure costs for an ability counts team and funded kits for a new mental health football session aimed al improving men's mental health in a safe environment working closing wi(h another local charity the 856 Foundation. The Trustees will ¢onlinu& lo support the football development plans that Alive West Norfolk work towards, as well as considering opportunities for future fundraising, lo ensure the sustsinability of local. grassroots sport and r(s wider development. Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end of the period Para 1.21 KLCF continue lo focus on supporting young people and local community programmes. Fundraising opportunities in the current cost of living climate is challenging and expendrture reduced. KLCF remains in a good financial position lo serve the community in the coming year.
