**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN FROM THE AGES OF THREE MONTHS UP TO AND INCLUDING ELEVEN YEARS OLD IN PLYMPTON BY OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY, EDUCATION AND CARE FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN WHATEVER THEIR RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:-(I) PROVIDING OUT-OF-SCHOOL CLUBS AND HOLIDAY CLUBS FOR CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF ELEVEN YEARS; AND(II) PROVIDING A PRE-SCHOOL AND NURSERY SERVICE.

**Activities:** The charity will provide quality affordable childcare for children aged 3 months to 11 years, in a deprived pocket of the community. We will provide childcare from 7am-6pm Monday- Friday, 51 weeks of the year. The childcare centre will be OFSTED approved and will accept nursery education grant funding. It will also offer wrap-around childcare which includes breakfast, tea and holiday clubs. .
