'Impact Youth, grcw signi fiL<intJy, attracting many new young people in 2024. October'8 '1mpact Youth ConferenLe' was a success, the youth were irnPiiLted by the life giving inessage of the Gospel. 'Young Adults, ministry met bi-monthly, providing a place for 18 - 29 year olds to connect and learn God's Word. Our desirc is to see young adults t.ull of faith, actively involved in reaching and influencing thcir generation with Ihe gospel of Je.8us ChTiSt. ui Faith Life Centre continued to teach the Bible during its weekly Sunday service in person and oiiline. Throughout the year monthly Sunday evening prayer services were held, providing foundational training in thc Word, with a specific emphasis on prayer. 'Teain Days, provided ministerial and practical training for over l 00 service team voluntccrs, thus promoting spiritual and biblical maturity in the ministry. 'Word Supply, was launched in March, Faith Life's weekly Onlinc discipleship broadcast, it was a great success and saw hundreds equipped with the foundational teachings in the Word of God.

Position: Faith Life hosted quarterly 'Next Steps. classes for new members covering the history and future plans of the ministry, thus promoting effective assimilation and positioning of members in teams and groups. 'Next Steps, classes helped the new members grow in their journey and areas of services within churches. Teams give people an opportunity to find community, connect and look out for one another and grow. The 'Pastoral Care Team, continued to provide care and support to memberb of the church throughout the year. Hundreds of phone calls, personal p&8toral support and visitors were provided. 'Home Groups, were l<iunched in April 2024. providing a place to connect and be lifted through prayer support and grow. 'Home Groups, mission is to promote connection and facilitate hcalthily relationships. Reach: All locations (Manchester, Preston and Harrogate) increased it's reach programs by conducting 'Funday Sundays,, these are special services designed to promote community and connection. During each service the gospel of Jesus Christ was presented and many became Christians. Faith I.ife Centre is a ministry committed to its corporate mandate to advance Ihe Christian faith, as a rcsult cach location increased numerically. The 'Life Centre, continued to give life locally and globally, providing a friendly place where all can receive practical help; food, clothing, leachin&i, support and prayer. The Food B(mk welcomcd 1,499 visilors, it continues to increase in the number of people reachcd and 8upporled weekly. The Lifc Centre hosted special evenings <md ChrAStm&8 Parties gyiving away hampers give away. In June Faith Life launched 'The Money Course,, a course desi￿ed to equip and educate our community to wisely budget and mana&ye rnoney. Through the 'Food Bank,. 'CAP Job Club Life Hub, community drop in centre, and 'Money Courses, the Life Centr¢ continues its social action and community support within thc city of Manchester. Failh Life continued to en¥ag7e nationally and globally by tinancially supporting local ministries and charitie8 by gAvingy charitablc donations. Faith Lifc sent members of the church to IndAa, Bulgari4 Hungary and America to ach in bible schools, churches, 0￿hanS and feeding programs. In 2024 we printed our first Hindi publication ' Strengthen Faith Devotional, and distributed throughout India. Risk Mana ement The Trustees actively review the risks which may affect its continuation or the smooth 'kng of its scrvices on a regular basis.
