|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**Our matching process for replacing**<br>**Alisdair Sharp and Sally Long was**<br>**unsuccessful again so we have**<br>**continued the work of the Circuit**<br>**primarily through our volunteer**<br>**minister, non-stipendiary ministers,**<br>**Circuit Manager and the lay workers.**<br>**The Circuit Stewards have worked with**<br>**the above to ensure the life of the circuit**<br>**continued.  The District Chair has**<br>**provided the leadership of a**<br>**Superintendent Minister.**<br>**Our Circuit newsletter has moved to**<br>**monthly to aid the workload while still**<br>**keeping communication going.**<br>**Our regular Circuit meetings are**<br>**continuing to give the right level of**<br>**governance, oversight and**<br>**togetherness.**<br>**Tubestation continues to develop its**<br>**work, providing a place of respite to**<br>**beach users as well as regular worship**<br>**for locals and visitors.  The Café**<br>**continues to be a positive contribution**<br>**both financially and in outreach terms.**<br>**The project focus here is shifting to**<br>**more appropriate ventures to focus on**<br>**what will deliver the most return.**<br>**Wadebridge plans are developing with**<br>**planning permission granted and**<br>**mission planning in full development for**<br>**fundraising.**<br>**The process is continuing to gain**<br>**planning permission for the St Columb**<br>**Field, this is nearly complete and then it**<br>**will go to market.**<br>**We are in the process of marketing two**<br>**other former chapels.**<br>**Circuit finances continue to be well**<br>**managed by our Treasurer, this year’s**<br>**budget has been positive with greater**<br>**activity and giving while having reduced**<br>**ministerial commitments**|
