**Activities:** Information, advice and support to people about Direct Payments, Personal Health Budgets and personalisation, choice and control over their health and care support needs. Working as a strategic partner to the County Councils to develop local information, advice and support solutions, provided by local user led organisations. Lend a hand our CQC registered home care services for disabled people.
